ABOUT MAGNOLIA MANOR WEDDINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS

 We Are Open Year-Round!!   

Magnolia Manor is a renovated barn centrally located in Mechanicsburg, PA on the historic John Williams Estate (nationally registered.) 

The event space can accommodate up to 150 guests for your wedding or special event.

With easy access from Rt. 15, Rt. 74, Rt. 81 and Rt. 83 it's a perfect location in a beautiful setting to hold your events!!

The Magnolia Manor Barn rental includes use of our tables, chairs, white or ivory linen tablecloths in a climate controlled environment with a service area for your catering needs, ceremony arbor, podium and chairs, cocktail hour hi-top tables and 500lbs of ice! (We also have some decor items available too!)

Magnolia Manor offers the flexibility to select your own catering and other service providers.

EVENT RENTAL PRICING
 
 Full Property Rental 9am-10pm  $6,000
Main Space Only: 4 Hour Rental $2,500 -Additional Hours $500/hr

Lower-Level Space Only:  4 Hour Rental $1,000 - Additional Hours $250/hr
 
Micro Wedding: 8 hour Rental $2,500 -Ready Rooms, Outdoor Ceremony, Cocktail and Reception Space in Lower Barn. (Group max 48 ppl)
(Lower Level and Micro-Wedding Rentals not available on most Saturdays)
 
Signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure date
